The signature office building with the central Silo structure originally opened in 1982 as the headquarters for Chalet Susse International, the largest privately owned hotel chain in the country. Following the sale of the Susse Chalet and Grand Chalet hotel chain in 2000, Roedel Companies was formed and they began developing and acquiring nationally franchised and independent hotels, restaurants and events centers throughout the northeastern United States. Today, due to changes in the workplace and workflow, excess office space exists and is it ready for rent.
